More Than 40 Years
of Experience
The Early Days
Deborah Schmidt, a Cincinnati native and UC graduate, opened Mitchell's, a spa for hair, skin, and nails on Montgomery Road in Mongomery. She had ten employees.
She started the first education program for stylists in Cincinnati that offered both theory and hands-on curriculum.
She also held the first photo shoot for direct mail and a Cincinnati Enquirer advertisement.
