We Grow Personal Connections into Family

We give our clients a bit of time to lighten their spirits. We give our employees the education and freedom to continue to ignite their creative genius. Our heart is more than just hair—it's people and their unique beauty within.

We have been locally and woman-owned for over 40 years, feeling like a family since January 10, 1983, the day our doors first opened. Our soul is personal.

With five locations, we have the unique gift of providing access to nationally recognized education opportunities, resources, and benefits while also cultivating a tight-knit always-there-for-you work family—the best of both worlds.

WHY JOIN OUR TEAM

“Measure success not by where you are today, but by where you aspire to be tomorrow. Always look ahead to see the possibilities.”

This has been our philosophy since day one.

Give yourself the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented hair designers, manicurists, estheticians & massage therapists.

Allow this to be your retreat. Come do what you love and that’s it.

We have a team to handle product orders, marketing your services, cleanliness, laundry, client scheduling—the list continues.

FAQ

Got any questions?

We have the answers

Do I have to sign a contract?

Our hope is that you LOVE working with us. We will always do our best to continually support your professional development and growth. After joining our team, we hope you will remain a part of this special bond for years to come.

We do not make you sign anything that will penalize you for choosing an opportunity if unfortunately you feel we are not the best home for you. Our employment agreement does not go into effect until six months into our hair associate program, or 30 days for the other departments due to a shorter training period (skin, nails, massage).

You will be asked to sign our employment agreement, which will include points to protect confidential company information, agreeing to follow company policies, not working a second job that would cause a conflict of interest, and agreeing not to directly solicit our guests. This is in effect for one year should you wish to pursue other opportunities and for a seven-mile radius from your home location.

Our commitment to you is to always bring you the best of the best in all areas: education, products, marketing efforts, the list continues. While we invest in your success while operating such a beautifully personal business, we need to follow some standard business procedures.

While in the Hair Apprentice program, how am I compensated?

You will be paid hourly, plus tips from models and your Directors.
